Pilates

At Grayes we offer Pilates classes taught by our fully qualified Body Control Pilates trained teacher.

Pilates helps students to improve their flexibility, strength, posture and balance, all very important elements for dance training. Students will gain a better understanding of how the body moves safely and efficiently, helping improve their technique within their dance classes.

These matwork classes are different every week, using various pieces of equipment to keep it fun!
